a machine operator for a large plastic products company. His university education in Chile was in music where he, in 1998, was also the producer of an independent film festival. His interests are playing bass, photography and martial arts. |

Curt joined Northern in '91 as a service technician. After three years of experience in the field, he joined parts sales. He has had considerable technical and computer training, and is our resident computer expert. His previous career was as a military policeman in the Army. |

Parts Manager
Dale, with 28 years of experience with Northern, is the employee with the most tenure. His technical training and vast industry knowledge make him one of the best in the business. He's seen the company move from its beginnings in a two-car garage to the major distributorship it is now. Besides directing the Parts Sales Team, he oversees Manufacturer Parts Ordering. Outside of work, he coaches local Youth Basketball and Little League Baseball. Dale is proudly the son of former NASCAR driver Richard Nephew, who raced at Daytona Beach with such competitors as Lee and Richard Petty in the early 1960's. |

Jordy is one of our 3 Spanish-speaking Parts Sales Associates. Jordy, whose family originated from Barcelona, Spain, was born in San Juan, P.R. He has worked for a large Upstate NY utility company in several positions including customer service. Most recently he was a manufacturing operator at IBM. Jordy has a B.S. degree from St. Michael?s College in Business Administration. He is a competitive sailor in the summer and enjoys snowboarding in the winter. |

A Northern employee since 1993, Kevin is always working to make the shipping and receiving functions even more efficient for our customers. He has a B.A. Degree in Government and his previous career was as a Commissioned Officer in the National Guard. He is an avid motorcyclist, with 3-4 bikes in his collection, including a '71 BSA he hopes to restore one day. |

Hired in 1987, "Eb" started in shipping and receiving for three years, and has since acquired extensive sales experience and industry knowledge. Before joining Northern he had seven years of restaurant experience, industrial electrical and technical training. You'll always find him addressing his customers' concerns calmly and completely, even on the busiest days. |

Derek has been with Northern since 1995. He is responsible for sales management, customer/vendor relations and inventory. He was previously employed in the banking industry and as an office manager. He has a BS Degree in Industrial Management and a MBA, both from Clarkson. He also studied at Cambridge in England for a year, and enjoys playing soccer, though he reports his game is slower every summer. |
Paul Karkoski

Paul has over 7 years field service experience as a technician for a major scientific company in the NY Metro area. He was a US Army Electronic Systems Specialist for three years, active in the states and overseas. This accumulated experience, along with the manufacturing training schools he's attended, has given him a valuable background useful to our customers since 1996. When he gets time off, Paul enjoys boating in the summer and snow-mobiling in the winter. Paul is a graduate of DeVry Technical Institute's Electronics Tech Program. |
