Warranty Policy:

General Warranty Policy – Beverage Parts
3Wire warrants that all products and parts are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service as per original manufacturer’s warranty. 3Wire warranties products 90 days from install date. A dated work order may be requested as proof of install for warranty processing.

Warranty Claims – Foodservice Parts
A completed Warranty/Defective Claim form is required for all warranty returns and can be obtained by calling 3Wire at 800-634-5005, dial 3 for Accounting, dial 5 for Warranty/Returns. Once the claim is completed and validated, a Return Authorization is issued for the return of the Warranty/Defective parts(s) to 3Wire. All parts must be returned within 30 days. Warranty/Defective Claims are limited to the warranty conditions as provided by our manufacturers. 3Wire will process your warranty claim with the manufacturer of the defective part(s) and will issue credit for your claim once the manufacturer has accepted the claim from 3Wire. Any freight costs related to a Warranty/Defective Claim item, any replacement items and any parts returned for warranty processing are the purchaser’s responsibility. As our manufacturers require complete warranty information from us, processing of Warranty/Defective Claims will not begin until complete and accurate information is supplied to 3Wire.

Return Policy:

All returns must be preauthorized by a 3Wire Customer Service Representative. Each return is subject to the warranty policy. Each product must be returned within 30 days of authorization. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required in all cases. Items returned with 0-30 days have 0% restocking fee, within 31-60 days have 20% restocking fee, and within 61-90 days have 30% restocking fee.

Any packages returned without a preauthorized RMA number cannot be processed and will be refused. For beverage parts, call 1-866-275-6392. For foodservice parts, call 1-800-634-5005.

Shipping Policy:

Having an order placed does not guarantee same-day shipment. Other factors such as inventory availability, volume of orders, etc. may prevent your order from shipping the same day it is placed. Your order may ship from multiple locations.

Products are shipped with freight costs and handling fees paid by 3Wire and charged to the customer. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If product is damaged in transit, customer must file claim with the carrier.

Credit Card/Debit Card Policy:

Credit cards transactions are processed under the standard procedures.

Debit or check card transactions may be processed differently than a true credit card transaction by your financial institution. Your debit or check card will be authorized when your order is entered. This is only an authorization and will be charged once your order is shipped. Original authorization funds will be reversed in 3-10 business days.
